It utilizes multiple techniques in the fields of SEM, SEO, Affiliation, Web & Mobile Design, Branding, R&D and CRM. We are looking for a hands-on, business oriented and highly motivated CRM team leader. As part of this position, you will lead the Retention team in implementing the company’s CRM strategy.

Job Responsibilities

The Marketing Team Leader is working directly under the Marketing Director; and is responsible to lead and manage a team of 6 professional and experienced marketers. The Marketing Team Leader is charged with implementing the company’s marketing and CRM activities, to track and improve performance, to advance the department objectives. Focus is on retaining existing customers. The role encompassed overseeing and leading department projects; ensuring work and cost standards are met, timelines and schedules are met. The Marketing Team Leader needs to a highly organized, able to work on tight deadlines, and experienced in leading both people and projects. High level of verbal and written English, strong creativity, and an exceptional understanding of marketing communications.

Principal Accountabilities

Ownership and responsibility for the CRM team, and accountable for performance KPIs.
Manage and coordinate activities and workload across the team and within the organization.
Overseeing and leading the planning and implementation of CRM plans.
Formulating and implementing long-term marketing plans.
Capitalize on marketing retention opportunities and full understanding of the various gaming products.

Qualifications

Ability to think creatively, while executing multiple tasks with high quality. Responsible and willing to lead. Highly organized.
Must be motivated, enthusiastic, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Minimum 3 years experience with digital marketing.
Minimum 1 year Management Experience.
Good knowledge and understanding of traditional and digital marketing tools.
Familiarity with customer relationship management.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
English mother tongue level – a must.
