Job Purpose As a Network/System & EUC Support Engineer, you will be the primary onsite IT point of contact in our Tel Aviv office, responsible for ensuring the effective day to day operation of all IT services with a focus on providing excellent customer support. You will be responsible for resolving IT support incidents and requests and will need to proactively engage with end users to provide solutions to ad-hoc IT requirements. This includes installing, maintaining, diagnosing, and upgrading all laptop/desktop, audio/visual, server and networking equipment as well as proactively monitoring and supporting local network and comms room infrastructure. You will be responsible for promptly and efficiently engaging with and assisting colleagues with IT related requests, by means of physical intervention, telephone support or via remote access all logged and tracked through a support ticketing system.
